I am so glad you're here! I'm Jenna--the girl behind the camera.
If you love coffee, books, and animals(especially cats) we are going to be the best of friends!
I grew up in the mountains of West Virginia but recently moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with my husband and our cat, dog, and chinchilla(I told you I love animals)!
There are several things that make my heart sing in this life but the top would be Jesus which is the reason behind every blessing in my life and I owe Him everything, my husband Eric, children's ministry, traveling, my cat Dala(full name Amidala named for Padme Amidala from Star Wars), and capturing those special moments that will tell my sweet clients' stories.
When I am not photographing stories, I can be found drinking excessive amounts of coffee at a local coffee shop, serving at our church--Crossroads Ministries, exploring local hidden gems with my husband and dog, Porthos, or reading any book I can get my hands on!
This life is such an adventure and I am so grateful that I get to live it! I can't wait to hang out with you soon and hear your story!
My approach...
I have loved photographs since I was very, very little. I used to get out my mom's box of Polaroids and just look though all the snapshots of a life before I came along. Those snapshots told a story--the story of who my mom was when she was younger and how she became the amazing woman she is today.
Photographs tell a story--an important story, your story.

Every time I pick up my camera whether its to photograph a wedding or a senior portrait session I want to capture the experience, the emotion, and the memory.
How does this come into what I do?
Get to know you
Relationship is the driving force behind everything I do. I want to do more than just capture a beautiful image, I want to tell your story. To do this I want to get to know you, your dreams, your love story. Each story is beautifully unique and deserves to be told.
By getting to know you, I will be able to help our session be a celebration of your life story. I will be able to acknowledge and alleviate any stress or concerns you may have in front of the camera through posing directions and prompts. My desire is for you to be at ease around me and fun during our session.
Serve
As your photographer, I aim to serve you the best I can whether that is holding your dress train at your wedding or entertaining your older children while you feed your baby. I aim to be your professional third wheel and hype woman.
I want to serve you in whatever way to capture and tell your story that is unique to you!
Style
Through a bold and vibrant style, I aim to create images that will age as beautifully as your story. I want you to be able to look back on these photographs, whether wedding or portrait session, and be transported back to a season of life; back to memories.
